Should you experience a software problem, please send us your bug report. Include the following information: Your name, customer ID if applicable, LEDA version number, platform specification, your email address and/or phone number, a thorough description of the problem. Our support team will make all reasonable efforts to provide a usable solution. Depending on the severeness of the bug we typically send you a workaround for immediate use or you will find the fix in a forthcoming software upgrade.
The so called LEDA subscription is a maintenance package that includes the LEDA license as well as upgrade service and support service. The subscription initally runs for 12 months and might be renewed at the end of the term for just a renewal fee.
